History
Sequoia fitness was originated after Evelyn began her own weight loss journey. After losing 60 lbs, she was offered a position with a local weight loss center. With a background in weight loss consulting, she decided to become a personal fitness trainer after getting certified through ISSA and NCEP and started Sequoia Fitness. Running her business out of her home for almost 5 years, she recently moved it to a beautiful studio in the Almaden area of San Jose where she trains clients, as well as teaches Zumba and Zumbatomic.
