Poor customer service, very long lines, with lots of Associates on the floor, but not enough folks on the register. Managers are rude especially Mikey from this store #462.

Scheduled a make up and was cancelled the day off. Went to my event not the way I wanted. But if I was to cancel I would have had to pay a fine.??
