The manager is very rude. I would not be shopping at that location. I would go to a different location. Avoid Thousand Oaks at all levels.

OMG messy!!!! I could feel the germs. Dirt, hair, smudged makeup, fingerprints, kids/teens running around everywhere. I felt like I was visiting a jr high on the last day of school with the chaos....
