HistorySan Antonio Regional Hospital began its' physical rehabilitation care in a department located in Upland at the main hospital location. Over the years and with the growing success of the department, we expanded to additional locations to better serve the needs of our surrounding communities, including Rancho Cucamonga. San Antonio Community Hospital now proudly offers rehab locations in Upland, Rancho Cucamonga and Fontana. In 2013, our flagship location, Rancho San Antonio Rehab Center, was remodeled and expanded to over 7,600 square feet and now offers comprehensive treatment for our patients with a wide variety or services and rehab disciplines (physical, occupational and speech therapy). Our strong clinical skills and relationship with the community is evidenced by our working relationship of treating athletes of local sports teams, such as the Ontario Reign and Chaffey College.SpecialtiesWe are a San Antonio Regional Hospital out-patient rehabilitation center, therefore we are strongly tied to the community and carry the San Antonio tradition of delivering consistent quality patient care. Our therapists possess high skill levels and provide personalized customer service to provide rehabilitation from personal, work and sports injuries as well as post-operative treatment and enable our patients to return to their desired quality of life as soon as possible.
