Senior Center

Santa Clarita Valley Senior Center is a nonprofit, social service and welfare organization serving senior citizens in North Los Angeles County, Calif. The organization aims at enhancing independence, dignity and quality of life of seniors, through community resource management and coordination, advocacy, and a wide range of services. It provides various services, including home-delivered meals, nutritional, supportive and paratransit services, senior employment, naturalization services, affordable housing, and recreational activities that include bingo, bridge and canasta. The center offers classes in calligraphy, oil painting, aerobics, ballroom dance and tap dance. It also offers educational and technical training in archeology and anthropology, computer science and ham radio. Santa Clarita Valley Senior Center is located in Santa Clarita, Calif.
