Senior Alternatives

Senior Alternatives is a geriatric care management and home care organization that has been serving Alameda and Contra Costa County and the surrounding Bay Area since 1995. Our interdisciplinary Care Management team are Masters-level geriatric specialists who have years of experience working in areas of dementia, hospice, chronic medical conditions and disabilities. At Senior Alternatives we employ experienced, compassionate, and well-trained Caregivers, who work collaboratively with our Masters-level Care Management staff. In addition, we have developed relationships with reputable physicians, nurses and other geriatric professionals and utilize these experts as appropriate.
