Sendas Northwest Urgent Care welcomed our first client in December 2007. Our focus is to provide excellent medical care in a timely manner and in a friendly, caring and compassionate environment. Sendas Northwest Urgent Care is proud to be apart of the Bakersfield community, and we are humbly honored to the community for entrusting their sacred health in our care. Our staff and providers are trained to evaluate and treat most non-life threatening adult and pediatric illnesses. Our urgent care facilities are equipped with the state-of-the-art technology, including on-site laboratory service and digital X-Rays. When other services are needed, we will coordinate referrals to outpatient imaging centers and specialists. We have added Urgent Derm for those skin lesions that may be bothering or worrying you. Sendas Northwest Urgent Care provides immediate care for acute, non-life threatening illnesses and injury in a friendly, caring and compassionate environment. Our team of staff and health care providers are experienced in evaluating and treating both straightforward and complex cases that are commonly seen in adults and children, women and geriatrics. Routine medical care is offered on a walk-in basis. Sendas Northwest Urgent Care offer a full spectrum of Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine services including: On-site digital X-Ray, On-site laboratory service, On-site medication dispensing, EKG, Respiratory therapy, IV hydration, Drug testing, Eye exam and foreign body removal, Splinting for stabilizing fractures, Minor surgical/procedure room for laceration repairs, removal of foreign bodies, treatment of skin abscesses and boils, and more.
