this park is always full of homeless people during day .. couple years ago me and my friends used to hangout here, have endless conversations and just chill but the scene is very different...

Unfortunately, this area is moderately unsafe. The city built a very tall wrought iron fence around the park, which means there is only one entrance/exit to the area. There are many unhoused...
