So called Self Help Federal Credit Union is a misnomer. I have been disappointed time and again. They really do not want to help regular community members with financial products.

Worst transition in history of transitions. 5 days later they can't figure out how to get a PIN for new atm card. Many hours wasted on phone, in person in the bank and I STILL don't have a PIN....

They just took over our former credit union. The change over has been horrible. We were sent ATM cards but could not activate over the phone and had to go to the bank to activate. Cannot access...
