This location is not good because the secretary is so rude. She doesn't know about her position and how she should teaks care of customers.

What the owners need to do is get their physical therapist items. They need to actually care for patients properly. They don't want to fix anything for them. They don't give them updated machinery...

During my first visit in the San Fernando location was a demeaning one from one of the staff named Tina Alva who I learned later to be the Regional Manager, who seldom comes to the SF location....
