The have great staff, but there's no admin function - nobody answers the phone to schedule or manage appointments. There's no way to communicate via email or a portal, so I stopped going there....

The therapists are good, but sometimes they take two clients at the same time so you don't get a true hour. This feels like you get half the care and attention and Select gets twice as much money...
