Seaworthy Outreach

History

Captain Russ has loved being on the water since his youth. After retiring from 22+ years of active duty military service in the U.S. Marine Corps, the water is the first place he returned to. He was blessed to end his twilight tour out of Camp Pendleton Marine Corps Base so was fortunate enough to settle in San Clemente, CA (aka the Spanish Village by the Sea) to be close to his passion of being on the water. He doesn't care about being called 1stSgt or being in charge of 300+ Marines at a time. All he cares about besides God and family is being on the water, sharing the joy of the ocean with others, taking out marginalized groups, and hunting/catching fish.

Specialties

Seaworthy Outreach provides compassion, care, and memories for marginalized groups of society through Ocean Therapy. Seaworthy Charters is a division of Seaworthy Outreach boating ministry so when you boat with us, proceeds go to take out injured military veterans and their families, special needs, etc. First Mate/Wife Vanessa is a world traveler who speaks conversational French and German as well to accommodate international visitors.
