History

Students enrolled at The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of California Inland Empire have the opportunity to operate their own restaurant, Seasons. The students enrolled in the A la Carte course will serve Lunch & Dinner with an international flair while taking active rolls in all aspects of the restaurant including working with food purveyors and food preparation to hosting and serving. The menu and the team behind it will change each quarter as a new class of students get their chance to show their creativity and skills in the front and back of the house.

All instruction will be provided by Chef Castro and Chef Vasquez, with the Front of the House direction of Mr. Rodriguez. The menu and team will change each quarter, as a new class of students will get their chance to show their creativity and skills in the front and back of the house.

Seasons has such a great service and Menu! Defiently worth a try! I would recommend the buffalo onion rings or their specialty Chicken fuselli pasta (almost like chicken alfredo). YUM!!!!
