HistoryAs a child growing up in Southern California, Denise loved to use old things to create something new and beautiful. While studying German literature in college, she stumbled upon environmental design courses that opened her eyes and changed her world. She moved to Europe and fell in love with its classic gardens, its architecture, its art and fashion--finding inspiration in all of it. When she came home, she started a small wedding and floral business out of her garage in Santa Barbara. Denise moved to the Bay Area in 2000 and delighted in its cosmopolitan influence and new opportunities. There's nothing formulaic about what Denise does. Funky. Traditional. Eclectic. Refined.
