History
Seaside Studios was completed in 2008. Our 18,500 square foot building occupies a third of an acre one block from the beach. The building design provides for ultimate privacy, indoor parking, laundry facilities, bike storage and many other amenities. The studios have all the modern conveniences, including efficiency kitchens with plenty of storage and granite countertops, individual heat/ac units, tankless hot water systems which provides unlimited hot water, with large bathrooms which include full tub/shower combo and bath vanities with granite countertops.
