Absolutely crooked company. Had a carrier AC installed several years ago and we were having problems since the beginning. The city inspector had to come back 3 times before approving the install....

UPDATE... Zero stars. Waited 3 months after WE had to chase sears via phone calls....20+ phone calls and kept reading a script that basically said....keep waiting. No calls from repair...
