I started 2 years ago as a New Year's resolution. It's one of the few that stuck! This is not like Pilates. This 45 minute class will leave you so sore. It will hurt to sit down...in a good way....

I love coming to SeaFit Pilates, although this review is mainly for the Goldenwest location, it is worth noting I like both locations. I started almost 2 years ago after having moved to the area....
