Wasted 2 weeks of recovery, I went to 3 sessions and it was nothing but talking and printing out exercises. The therapists had to leave every 5 minutes to go get this, go find that, print...

Neuro rehab very understaffed. We can't get appointments so not consistent work...how can one improve or meet goals? Scripps clearly is not interested in this low profit stuff.

Location is great, therapist is nice. Facilities are top notch. Front office staff is rude and unfriendly! "MUST wear a mask" however the receptionist has hers below her nose.

Wonderful facility. Very modern, with great physical therapy tools. All the physical therapists I worked with were friendly and extremely helpful. Easy access from El Camino Real off Town Center...
