The schooner Bill of Rights now calls Chula Vista Harbor her home! She is available for charter and programs all year, offering day excursions and extended long distance cruises. Tours of the vessel are available whenever the boat is at the dock. The Bill of Rights is the core of our educational program, but small boat sailing, boatbuilding, maritime classes & seminars and events are also ongoing.

The owner of this place is incredibly kind. He came out and gave a wooden boat toy for free to my son that was playing outside. My kid loves it!! We weren't even a customer. I will definitely come...

Spent the day working onboard playing a pirate, but can't wait to get back aboard this pirate ship again and help crew it! Such a fabulous group of people running this thing.
