Intimate, rustic & exclusive wine tasting experience. Loved the cozy setup & in depth, candid chat around each wine. Highly recommend compared to a typical mass hyped winery.

Schermeister Winery is a hidden find, located at Jack London Village in Glen Ellen. Owned and operated by winemaker Robert Schermeister and his wife Laura, their creekside tasting room is the perfect place to try a wide range of varietals, from Viognier to Pinot Noir. Lounge on the patio or hang out in the tasting room while Rob and Laura share their wine and tell the story of how they met and fell in love in wine country. All are welcome, including well-behaved children and dogs on-leash.

We had a phenomenal tasting experience at Schermeister! Rob (wine maker and co-owner) poured our tastings and shared everything behind his wines from the native fermentation process to his journey...
