My husband & I have live in this community for 16 years. Grounds are well kept and HOA is well run. Scenic Hills offers a real sense of community for many. I read all of the 1 star comments....

Scenic Hills is a tranquil community located in Newhall, Calif. It offers various amenities, such as nine hole golf course, Olympic sized pool with a club house and kitchen for events, exercise room, saunas and a Jacuzzi and lending library, to name a few. Additionally, it features two tennis courts and a gazebo with barbeque facilities and a half court basketball facility. Scenic Hills shares its 72 acres with various wild lives, including numerous varieties of birds, rabbits, squirrels, raccoons, an occasional bobcat and coyotes.

Absolutely terrible HOA. They don't stand for the homeowners at all. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to live here. They tow visitor cars, hell they even tow your own car if you park...
