Scarlet Stylist

History

I started my small business in Carlsbad, CA. Beginning in a commission salon was the right thing for the first year of my career. As I grew I realized I wanted more control and responsibility in my business. I wanted to make my hair styling and my business my own. I rented space in Salona Beach at XOXO Salon. After my time there I wanted to be closer to Carlsbad, where it all began. I moved to Alliecats in Leucadia. I loved being in a small intimate salon, but needed to move to a bigger space where I could also establish the make-up side to my business. I then moved to The Hideaway, just down the street. At that spa I was able to thrive in a relaxed atmosphere. After being the only hair stylist in the space for two years I needed some new energy. I searched and interviewed many salons in the Carlsbad area and fell in love with Bakerloo Salon. I have been there going on three years and have made it my home where I plan on continuing to grow my business for years to come.
