Been on a list for years to get larger apartment here at Sawmill Heights. Moved in small unit until one became available. (2br 550sq ft lol) Been on their list of excuses for a total of 7.5...

Just moved in here a month or two ago and I'm pretty satisfied. it's decently priced, they had apartment openings unlike many of the other complexes in truckee. Staff is nice and gets things done...

We've had nothing but good experiences here over the last 7 months. Everyone is friendly and helpful, both the tenants and management. We love the easy free living coming from an old country home....
