History

Saucy Lito's is blanketing Sacramento in sweet, hot fire, and honestly, everyone seems pretty happy about it. Wings are the thing on this truck, but they tend not to stay on the truck too long. They fly off fast and furious wherever Saucy Lito's sets up shop, and they come in as many varieties as heat itself has sources. From classic buffalo to tangy bbq to sweet teriyaki to mango habanero to cajun dry-rub, there's something for every palate. Even if that palate's about to get melted off. Oh also.....did we mention these wings weigh in at about a pound an order. So. Yeah, you've got wonderful, beautiful work to do. Sides, sandwiches and specialties aplenty fill out the rest of the menu, packing a wide world of taste into one tiny truck, and leaving it to you to figuring out how it's all possible.
