Sauce'd Pizza & Cocktail House...it's the only restaurant in El Dorado and surrounding area with an extensive cocktail and martini drink menu from Master Mixologist Manny Hinjosa from San Francisco. Sauce’d features the only frost iced drink rail in the greater Sacramento, Placer and El Dorado County area. Sauce’d promotes specialty wood fired pizzas, specialty sauces for buffalo wings, a huge oak covered outdoor deck, fire place, indoor water fall, and unique draft beers. Thursday and Sunday evenings Sauce’d Pizza and Cocktail House has live Jazz music, and free pool Tuesday 5 p.m. to close. Our Happy Hour times are Monday through Friday 3 to 7 p.m.
