I've used them 3 times. The first was for a desk, a bookshelf, a chair, and a few bags of clothes. They arrived on-time, and took everything out of the apartment, but with a few complaints....

Worst. I had very well maintained home furniture. King and queen bed and box springs, 5 pc dining table, couch, 55 inch smart TV, tc table, coffee table, office (ergonomic) chair to donate....

Not great. The one star is for actually showing up within the 3 hr timeframe given. However, after waiting most of the day and taking the day off from work, they refused to take 3 pcs of furniture...

I scheduled a Salvation Army donation pick up here in Daly City CA on Wednesday August 26. I got a call that morning saying they had to fire the driver and I was rescheduled for Tuesday Sept 25....

I've donated a dozen times over the years. They've always honored appointment times. While once they refused a sofa I thought fine (they do say drivers discretion, so I can only complain so much)...
