Sardinian Italian Pasta Classes (Cook, Eat, Dance!) James a native from Sacramento, Ca. has had the pleasure of traveling to Sardinia multiple times and is currently still traveling back and forth while teaching pasta and anti-pasta dishes. Having gotten his experience from a professional Sardinian chef in Italy. Claudia a native from Sardinia bring years of culinary and former restaurant owner experience. Her food comes highly recommended by locals in Italy and travelers. Together they bring a new and exiting experience enjoyed by all!
