I provide in-person (Brea) and virtual therapy (throughout CA and AZ) for adults navigating anxiety, self-esteem, and life transitions. My ideal client is a young adult between the ages of 18 and 35. I accept Aetna, Optum, and United Healthcare as well as a few smaller subsidiary plans, self-pay, and also provide superbills for clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement from their health insurance plan. I utilize various modalities in my work with clients, including somatic experiencing, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
