History

Italy hidden, Italy that no one or only few know. The menus we're going to tell, are the forgotten stories of our land, the secrets that are handed down from family to family. Christian will present simple dishes, rich in flavor, fragrant tradition, enriched with history and a bit ' of nostalgia. Cook and talk about dishes of which many ignore the existence and origin: Sicilian couscous, Calabrian anduja, Friuli goulash, strudel from Trentino and many other recipes. Italy and its regions over the centuries have assimilated and have taken possession of that which the cultures and traditions of the people who have passed on our territory have left behind them.
