If I could give this place less than one star I would. I own a home in this park but live out of state, I purchased the home for my disabled sister so I wouldn't have to worry about her so much...

Lived here for a year. Pretty ghetto. Wandering dogs, blowing trash , stole the plates off my vehicle contra costa fire and fugitive retrieval unit are regular site drive the extra mile to sugar...
