History

Santa Margarita Ford Fleet Service Center is an extension of our main facility Santa Margarita Ford which has been in business in Rancho Santa Margarita since 1997. Our Fleet Service Center has been open in Rancho Santa Margarita since 2004.

Specialties

Our facility is equipped specifically to work on all light and medium duty trucks. Throughout the six years we have been in business at this location we have expanded to meet the increase in Fleet business. We have 25 service bays with 18 lifts capable of lifting up to 64,000 pounds, so we can service anything that we sell, including trucks with dump bodies, tall van bodies and even buses. Additionally, we have 9 specialized and experienced technicians, a unique parts department, 2 Service Advisors who are focused on getting your vehicles back on the road in a timely and efficient manner. Any one of our 4 dedicated lot attendants will pick up and deliver you vehicles for free Monday through Saturday for your convenience. We have over 300 regular customers, with over 3,000 trucks, in our customer base, and operate the only service center of its kind in Orange County.
