History

Santa Cruz Massage and healing started in 2001 when I graduated from Twin Lakes College of the Healing Arts. Over the years I have added new modalities to my tool belt and have gained valuable experience from working with a vast amount of clients with a wide range of needs. I have worked with people who have had HIV/AIDS, Cancer, people recovering from accidents or surgeries, professional athletes who want to increase their performance and decrease their downtime for healing, people suffering with chronic pain who want to avoid taking and becoming on opioids, pregnant women who don't want to be treated like something is wrong with them because they are pregnant, people suffering from depression and anxiety, and most of all people who need connection and physical touch. Massage releases oxytocin, seratonin, dopamine and decreases the stress hormone cortisol. Massage contributes to an overall felling of wellbeing while increasing blood flow, oxygen and nutrients to the muscles and tissue
