We started to hear from the owners of the vacation homes we worked at that they needed a new kind of management. We were supervising the housekeeping and maintenance of over 30 homes in Santa Cruz. The owners did so much work on their homes and were receiving sometimes less than half of the collected funds for their rentals. That seemed unfair. We were able to sign all of the homes up on VRBO, and created Santa Cruz Getaways for the home owners. We answer the email and phone call inquiries for them as well as book the stays. We continue to clean and supervise the upkeep of their beautiful homes. Now owners are able to afford the upgrades, remodeling and fine touches they've wanted to do. The homeowners are in control of their funds. The guests have direct contact with us. We know all of our homes homeowners, and guests appreciate the hands on local and personal attention. :)That's why we have a limited number of listings. Quality over quantity.
