Play-based Parent Participation Co-Op Preschool Since 1956 Santa Clara Parents Nursery School (SCPNS) is a parent participation nursery school where children learn through hands-on experience, and active play. We provide an environment that promotes children's physical, social, intellectual and creative development. It is our belief that parents and children both benefit from parental involvement in the first school years. Classes are for 2's, 3's and 4's, with no potty training required. As a Co-Op, costs are low and parents manage and maintain the school and activities. The Santa Clara Parents Nursery School admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
