History

Sandy and Lakshi Started this child care in 2011 as a small child care. it is now large child care facility with max number of 14 kids at a time. Child Care will base its' operations in 13280 Dronfield Ave, Sylmar CA 91342. The facility will originally consist of a 1,500 sq. ft. house in a quiet, residential neighborhood. The yard will be fully fenced in, to ensure no one can either come in or wander away. The yard will be furnished with safe, entertaining toys, as well as a sandbox. Also CCTV installed for extra protection.

Sandy's Family child care is home-based care provided for a portion of the day in a private family home for compensation. Sandy's Child Care aims to offer safe and secure child care at all times. Close personal attention to each child is essential to providing a quality experience for all children; therefore, adequate personnel will be hired to ensure each child has the proper supervision will in our care. Services * Perform a variety of activities for children such as songs, games and storytelling. * Develop day to day plans for toddlers and children under care. * Provide a safe and nurturing environment for the children * Plan and apply activities to meet the emotional, bodily, intellectual and social needs of the children * Pick children from School and accompany them at home until parents get home from work. * Establish child routines and offer constructive guidance. * Ensure kids are supervised at all times. * Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks. * Set-up and implement policies and procedures to maintain discipline of home. * Manage activities, games and toys used during the care time. * Ensure kids' area is clean, well maintained and secure at all times. * Provide opportunities for sleep and rest time. * Build children's self-respect. * Provide daily schedules of activities. * Develop numerical activities that establish math and literacy concepts. * Helps school kids with their homework. * Practice social distancing with using masks
