History

SandGarden Law Group was founded by Jennifer Pesek, Attorney at Law, who has practiced in California since 2002. Before founding SandGarden Law Group, Ms. Pesek worked in both private practice and as an attorney for non-profit legal services groups. She has an extensive background in regulatory, federal, immigration, civil rights, and business law.

Specialties

SandGarden Law Group focuses on Business Law for small and medium sized businesses and Estate Planning. All small and medium sized businesses need legal help, but very few of them have access to a trusted legal advisor to answer all their questions and guide them. Most law firms focus on the legal issues of large businesses (mergers or large litigation). SandGarden Law Group instead focuses on the everyday legal issues of small business. We also have created a new, project-oriented approach to legal services billing, that gives small businesses access to high quality legal services while respecting cash flow issues that small businesses face.
