Don't rent from them in the rain. They will charge you a $25 cleaning fee if you step into their (already) dirty cab and leave any kind of foot print behind. I guess they expect you do get the cab...

Don't waste your time. They never answer the phone, renting a uhaul from them is impossible. Don't own a business if you aren't going to do the customer service part of things.
