TL;DR: Abysmal communication from property manager and landlord, no basic maintenance (if there is it hostile towards the tenant for following instructions), double charging for move out cleaning....

Don't let the "convenient" location fool you. This place is not worth the high price whatsoever. There is no privacy with the manager always being in your business. There is a huge bug problem...

These apartments are so close to Cal Poly and is super convenient for students. I lived here my last quarter at Cal Poly and it was super clean and a good option for students who want to live next...
