My mom was sent to that place for rehab idk if they are understaffed but my mom was left soiled all night until and half the next day.

My husband was there for a week of rehab after surgery. All employees were welcoming and helpful. His care was wonderful, which was a comfort to me. I would not hesitate to use San Luis again!

There is a awful smell when you come in and it lingers through the place. Staff say its always been like that. Not good at all.
