It's 4:08pm and the place is locked.. The lights are on and the sign says is open. Asked the neighbor and apparently they close and open whenever they want. Not a reliable place

HORRIBLE SERVICE EVER ! Her or his exact words were "sorry Mija estoy muy ocupado NO te puedo ayudar" no sirven , DONT WASTE A SINGLE PENNY ON THESE PEOPLE! They don't even deserve stars
