San Jose City College

San Jose City College has been operational for more than 55 years. Located in San Jose, Calif., it is one of the leading colleges in the United States. It is approved by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges, and enrolls more than 4,000 undergraduate and graduate students annually. San Jose College offers a wide variety of courses, such as liberal arts education, vocational and instrumental music, professional studies and teacher education, reading and instructional technology, media management, English and creative writing, mathematics, business administration, economics, and world history. The college also offers majors in neuroscience, childhood education, mass communication, agricultural and industrial arts, and foreign languages and literatures. Its student services include counseling, health services, student activities, financial aid, transfer planning, scholarships, campus book store, child care services, disabled students programs, placement tests, and extended opportunity program and services.
