Very bad customer service rude and uninformative. Four trolley conductors were rude and acted like we were in their way. Didn't help us get off at the right stop.

don't expect this 3 block ride to be cheap! They charge $7 for a couple of blocks! Not too bad if you're alone, but with 4 or more, it can be over-the-top pricey! We took a cab back to Lombard...
