The first time I saw this Veterans memorial was in 2014 during San Francisco's Fleet Week. I recently visited it again for National Vietnam War Veterans Day on 29 March. Nothing has changed....

Excellent tribute! A very respectful and serene location in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city. Especially beautiful at night with the City Hall in the backdrop.
