November 06, 2019 Update. We offer a daily walk in rate, a Monthly Membership and a Annual Membership. We also accept Silver Sneakers / Silver & Fit and Renew Active insurance. Summer Swim Lessons Start June through August 2020 We will offer Fall Swim Lessons at a later date. Call for more information. We offer Year Round Adult Lap Swimming in our 25 yard by 25 meter heated pool 3 times per day, Monday through Friday 6:15 am - 7:30 am, 11:30 am - 1:00 pm, 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm Saturday lap Swim 7:30 am - 8:30 am Minimum age for participation in Lap Swimming is 16 years and must be accompanied by adult. We also offer Spring, Summer and Fall Swim Lessons starting from ages 9 months to adults by our Red Cross Certified instructors. Saturday morning swim lessons start 4/13/2019 to 8/10/2019. You get 6 lessons that are 55 minutes long for only $60.00 total. Spring and Summer Swim lessons go Monday through Thursday for 2 weeks per session starting June 10, 2019. Each group lesson is only $50.00 per session. We offer year round Aqua Aerobics in our front Training heated pool, Racquetball Courts, Weight Room including Life Fitness treadmill, Exercise bikes, Stair master and free weights, Personal Trainer Available. Aerobics classes with Certified Instructors, Steam and Sauna Rooms, Jacuzzi and walk / Jogging trail.
