History

I am a licensed Therapist since 2018. I started my graduate study in Azusa Pacific University in 2010 and finished my Masters in 2012. I did over 4000 hours by April 2018 and wrote two board exams by May 2018 when I got licensed in CA. I welcome you in my office in San Dimas

Life is tough and no one teaches us how to do relationships or prepares us for the unending seasonal changes in and around us. I am a changed person myself and that's why I believe in the power of personal change. When you decide it is time to make those changes and take ownership of your future, there is hope for better things. I will be honored if you allow me to accompany you on this journey. I work with adolescents, young and mature adult men and women, I offer pre-marital and couple's counseling. I work on difficulties such as depression, anxiety, abuse, grief, co-dependency and low self-esteem. Marriage issues I cover include: improving communication, conflict resolution, emotional and physical intimacy. strengthening marriage after an affair and helping you through and after divorce. I am also the father of four young adult children and enjoy supporting parents as they raise and launch their children. I am trained to use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, effectively used to overcome the effects of psychological trauma and PTSD
