Called first thing in the morning about a couple rounded bolts on my bike that I couldn't get off. Took it off in about 15 minutes without any charge at all. Extremely nice people!

Bob can not give accurate pricing. It took him a week to tell me I might need a top end and couldnt give me a price to do the work, then when I pick up my bike they kill my battery don't waste you...
