San Diego Mommy and Me is a unique and modernized mommy and me group series in San Diego, CA, created and led by a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and mom of 2. This group provides a supportive space for new moms to build lifelong friendships, feel seen, heard, and sane, and navigate the challenges of motherhood with laughter, tears, and real conversations.
With a tried and true curriculum, San Diego Mommy and Me helps moms combat information overload, make mom friends, and gain insight, support, and community. Past participants have referred to this group as an essential postpartum experience, where they have found strength, joy, compassion, and friendship, and have felt more calm, confident, and connected to themselves and their babies.
