In operation for more than 30 years, The San Diego LGBT Community Center is one of the leading community-based nonprofit health and human services agencies. It supports the health and well-being of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and HIV positive communities by providing various activities, programs and services. It houses more than 50 projects, including HIV counseling and testing, cancer and family support groups, senior citizen services, and counseling and support programs. The center s programs and services are partly supported by The County of San Diego Department of Health & Human Services, the state of California, San Diego LGBT Pride, AIDS Walk San Diego and the United Way of San Diego. The San Diego LGBT Community Center is located in San Diego.
