San Diego County Mental Health Centers

The Office of County Counsel is governed by San Diego County in California. It is a full-service law office that handles various civil cases. The office provides a range of legal, advisory and litigation support services for boards, commissions, school districts, and county departments and officers. The Office of County Counsel represents county in several juvenile dependency matters, as well as administers public liability claims. The office maintains a claims and investigation division that administers a self-insured program for public liability. San Diego County also operates public works, mental health, housing and community development, parks and recreation, and planning and land use departments.
