I went there for a ticket I got and tried to dispute it and it was unnecessary reason they give it to me at first and they weren't helpful

Your tax money well-spent. Very nice website to reduce bull-shit fees from hungry-to-harass ticket dispensers. Maybe someday these bureaucrats will have appropriate eye training, or be less lazy...

Called them and tried to appeal my ticket again for a BULLSHIT reason and still no help! There should be someone you can talk to before you dispute it with the SD Court. I guess they value...
